What's new in iTunes 9.2.1 ?

I have been noticing a lot of iTunes updates being release lately and was wondering if they are adding anything thats worth the headache of downloading and installing iTunes that seems to me to be the slowest installation time. Here is what's New in the new edition of iTunes 9.2.1

• Faster back-ups while syncing an iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 4
